  • Trader Joe's Fully Cooked Uncured Bacon
  • Trader Joe's Vodka Sauce

Instructions:

  • Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • Trader Joe's Large White Eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion

Instructions:

  • Heat up a tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes or until no longer frozen.
  • Once cooked through, add the diced bell peppers and onion. Continue to cook until the hash has become crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
