To achieve her enviable abs, Ora relies on a routine of exercises that incorporate both her own body weight, free weights, and machines. In a video posted to the Acero gym Instagram account, Ora is seen doing leg lifts while suspending herself from a training bar, lower ab crunches and leg raises on a weight bench, cable rows with abdominal twists, and cycling a pair of wheels with her hands from a raised plank position.

Ab work isn't the only type of training Ora favors at Acero, however. The star can also be seen on Acero's Instagram account leaning against the ropes in the gym's boxing ring.

"Can't feel my arms after the gym," she captioned a separate workout video, thanking Acero founder Jono Castano for training her.

To achieve her toned physique, Ora relies primarily on weight training, incorporating only shorter cardio workouts into her routine.

"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio," she told Shape.

She keeps refined carbs to a minimum.

It's not just Ora's workout that keeps her in such incredible shape, though. The star also maintains a disciplined diet to help her meet her health and fitness goals.

"I don't eat bread or sugar. But I'm not starving myself…It's about what your body needs, and everyone's body is different," she told Shape.
