She sticks to an 80/20 plan.
While Culpo says she tries to keep her eating habits healthy most of the time, she makes sure there's room for a few indulgences on her menu.
"I stick to the 80-20 rule," says the star. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say."

She does 20 minutes of cardio a day.
Think being a swimsuit model means spending your whole day at the gym? Think again. Lately, Culpo has been doing a daily 20-minute Cardio Challenge with her followers on Instagram.
"That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she says of the plan, noting that "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and can help get anyone moving. "Before you know it, it's over."
That's not the only quick workout she loves, however; in 2019, she revealed to GMA that she relies on a series of five toning moves from P.volve using resistance bands when she's on the go.
She fills up on fiber- and protein-rich meals.
To stay full and focused throughout the day, Culpo makes sure she's eating plenty of healthy fiber and protein.
To start her day, Culpo grabs a cup of coffee with oat milk and a bowl of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, followed by some avocado toast and egg whites. At lunch, "I'll have some sort of salad," the star told Women's Health. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."

She keeps treats on the menu.
Culpo is no keto queen—instead, the star relies on incorporating healthy foods and treats into combos that keep her energy high throughout the day.
"I'm obsessed with nuts," she told Women's Health, admitting she typically snacks on salted nuts, as unseasoned ones are "too boring." She also revealed that she usually grabs a mixture of nuts, raisins, and M&Ms during shoots when she's hungry.
"I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.
