It takes hard work to stay in amazing shape like Kourtney Kardashian, but the reality star has finally found the way of eating that works best for her body. In a new article on Poosh, Kourtney reveals the exact foods that keep her fit and feeling energized on a daily basis, from the healthy staples she snacks on to the cheat foods she can't live without.

She starts her day with carbs.
Kourtney, who now adheres to a primarily vegan diet, kicks things off in the morning with carb-rich meals. Her go-to breakfasts include avocado or banana smoothies with vegan protein powder; slices of gluten-free, vegan cinnamon toast; blueberry bagels with peanut butter and jelly; or açai bowls. When she's having a cheat day, she'll get vegan chicken and waffles from Crossroads, an L.A.-based vegan eatery.

She snacks on protein bars or fruit.
When she's feeling peckish between meals, Kourtney typically opts for pickles and tangerines. If she's feeling in the mood for something that feels a bit more indulgent, she enjoys a Peanut Butter Cup flavor Mindright Bar.

She eats vegan comfort foods for lunch.
For her midday meal, Kourtney enjoys vegan versions of her favorite comfort foods, like zoodles with olive oil, garlic, and lots of vegetables. The self-professed pickle lover will also indulge in a slice of sourdough bread with vegan butter and sliced pickles, with a tangerine on the side.

She eats tacos or sushi for dinner.
Going vegan hasn't meant that Kourtney has had to cut out foods like sushi or tacos—she's just found vegan ways to prepare them. For dinner, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star will eat tacos made from Beyond Meat ground "beef" or order crispy rice with avocado, an order of edamame, and an avocado roll from Nobu.
