To get a great workout for both her abs and backside, Khloe relies on workouts performed on a Pilates reformer. In a clip posted to her Instagram account on July 20, Khloe can be seen lying on her back on a reformer with a medicine ball between her legs.
To tone up her lower half, she slowly bends her knees, moving her body toward the machine's foot bar while lifting her backside off the reformer's carriage, then extends her legs, lowering her backside toward the carriage again.

She also jumps rope.
In a series of posts to her Instagram Stories the same day, Khloe showed off some fancy footwork with her jump rope.
"I love a jump rope. Literally, you need 30 minutes max—and that's with breaks in between—and you will be shredded and amazing," she told Poosh during a 2020 interview.
She sets small goals for herself.
When Khloe decided that she wanted to transform her body, she took small steps toward her goal and maintained her consistency over the course of many years to get to where she is today.
"When I first started working out, it was agony," she told Poosh. "I think I started two days a week for the first two weeks, then I advanced to Monday, Wednesday, Friday…You can't get it all in a day. You have to listen to your body…You have to set small milestones and then reward [yourself]."
She added, "I think everyone just thinks, 'I'm going to work out and I'm going to lose all this weight in two months.' It doesn't work that way. It's a lifestyle change. Most people can't do things cold turkey. You've got to ease yourself into it."
She still allows herself to indulge.
Khloe told Poosh that her goal weight is typically between 140 and 150 pounds, and when she finds herself in that range and isn't actively losing, she relaxes her diet.
"I'm like the Cookie Monster for quesadillas," she joked. "I'm not going to live a miserable life…I would rather put more effort more into the gym than the kitchen."
