7 Fall Bakery Items Costco May Bring Back Soon
Did you know that you can already order a Pumpkin Spice Latte at some coffee shops? It's far from sweater weather outside, but your favorite fast-food chains and grocery stores are already bracing for the change of seasons—and the list includes Costco.

As summer fades into the distance, we predict Costco members will be able to sink their teeth into these seven sweets. (Related: Popular Costco Foods That Are Making You Gain Weight, Say Dietitians)
Pumpkin Streusel Muffins
Though there's a seemingly endless supply of sweet pumpkin treats available at grocery stores every fall, Costco's Pumpkin Streusel Muffins really stand out from the pack. That streusel topping is everything!

According to My Fitness Pal, each muffin has 680 calories, 86 grams of carbs, 44 grams of sugar, 34 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, and 560 milligrams of sodium. Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is the mainstay of the season, so it's comeback to the Costco bakery is a forgone conclusion. What makes the warehouse chain's version different? Its size and price, of course!
Even though they weigh more than 3 pounds, these beloved pies typically cost only $5.99. (Sharing is caring!) Last year, they were also spotted in the bakery section before the end of August.
Double Crust Apple Pie
When it comes to crust, the philosophy of the Costco bakery is apparently the more the merrier. Though made with organic apples, the warehouse's Double Crust Apple Pies are as big as prize-winning pumpkins. Indeed, Instagram user @costcobuys picked one up that weighed nearly 5 pounds last year. Bonus: According to the comments, they're vegan!
Coffee Cake Muffins
On a crisp autumn morning, is there anything better than a a hot cup of joe paired with a warm Coffeecake Muffin from Costco? Instagram user @costcobuys spotted these muffins last November, but it's possible they could return earlier this year.
These muffins are are huge—and they pack lots of calories and carbs! One muffin has 740 calories, 107 carbs, 69 grams of sugar, 31 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, and 520 milligrams of sodium, according to My Fitness Pal. That's a whole lot of muffin!

Pumpkin Spice Loaf
Costco has no shortage of pumpkin treats, but this beloved loaf earned rave reviews after being spotted by Instagram user @costcodeals last fall. The warehouse's Pumpkin Spice Loaf, which is covered in cream cheese frosting and white chocolate shavings, previously cost $7.99. Serving sizes are easy to control with this bakery item; cut off small portions to really savor the flavor.
Pecan Pie
Costco also put its signature spin on another classic dessert: Pecan Pie. For it's version, the warehouse uses junior mammoth pecans.
Weighing in at almost 5 pounds, these pies are no short of massive! They do cost more than the $5.99 Pumpkin Pies, but $13.99 is still less than what you would pay for all of the ingredients.
Members like @costcodeals spotted Pecan Pies back on sale last November, but they may appear sooner than that since they're a major player.
Apple Crumb Muffins
Though pumpkins may steal the spotlight, apples are equally beloved at the Costco bakery. The warehouse's Apple Crumb Muffins debuted pretty early last year (around September), and they were already spotted this year! Instagram user @costcohotfinds shared a video of the muffins in her cart on Aug. 4.
That's the good news! The bad is that one muffin has 690 calories, 79 grams of carbs, 48 grams of sugar, 38 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, and 135 milligrams of sodium, according to My Fitness Pal. Having one won't derail your health goals, but it's best to share the rest of the pack with friends.
