Green juices
Plenty of celebs keep their energy levels up with green juices. "I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set," Bella Hadid told Harper's Bazaar.
Actor Channing Tatum even uses green juices as a hack for eating vegetables. "Channing doesn't love vegetables, but nutrition is fundamental," his trainer Arin Babaian told Men's Journal. While he won't have a lot of veggies in his meals, his green juices have kale, spinach, and romaine.
Pickles
Okay, hear us out–pickles may seem like a strange snack of choice, but they're actually a pretty healthy option. Pickles are low in calories and carbs, and they have the same vitamins cucumbers offer. Kourtney Kardashian's blog Poosh revealed that one of her favorite vegan snacks is a pickle, and even Selena Gomez opts for pickles before or after performances. "I keep things pretty simple [backstage]," she told Bon Appétit. "Plenty of water and pickles."
Flaxseed crackers
Famous YouTuber Emma Chamberlain is always sharing her favorite eats and treats. But when it comes to snacks, she keeps it pretty healthy with flax seed crackers. Her favorite brand? Mary's Gone Crackers. "I eat those with spicy hummus," she said in a Harper's Bazaar interview. She gets the hummus from a farmer's market near her house, keeping it clean and local.

Mango slices
This vitamin-rich fruit is a favorite for Ayesha Curry, cookbook author and Steph Curry's wife. So much so that she said in a special Bon Appétit episode that she used to be on the National Mango Board. It's "truly like one of my favorite fruits in the whole wide world," she said. Ayesha even recommends mangoes as a healthy snack for kids, sharing that mangoes can "educate kids on nutrition and healthy eating, and how it can be fun and delicious, and you can get your nutrients at the same time from something like a mango." Slice up your mango or bite right into it!
Banana and peanut butter
Iconic rapper Jack Harlow may love his chips, but he also will reach for a banana with peanut butter. During a #StayHome interview with Harper's Bazaar, Jack told fans that he keeps a few essentials in his house, one of which being this yummy snack. Any peanut butter and fruit combo makes the perfect snack to fill you up in a healthy way! And if "Industry Baby" rapper Jack is eating it, how could you not?
Brussel sprouts
Whether a side dish or snack, brussel sprouts have a lot of health benefits. Previous Eat This, Not That! reporting shows that this veggie can boost your immune system, help prevent chronic disease, and even reduce inflammation. And did we mention that Harry Styles loves 'em? That's right: in 2017, Harry said "I think sprouts are gonna be the new kale" on BBC Radio 1. Harry recommends putting brussel sprouts in curry or sautéing them with red onion and garlic.
