Carl's Jr. and Hardee's Just Launched Two New Menu Items
Sister brands Carl's Jr. and Hardee's have been hard at work this year. In May, they went all in on chicken sandwiches, bringing you three iterations for all your potential cravings—a classic one, served on a bun, which received some pretty rave reviews, as well as one served on a biscuit and one sandwiched between two waffles. Points for innovation scored!
In June, they followed that up with a line of BLT Ranch items: a chicken sandwich, a burger, and fries, all featuring the beloved flavor combos of crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato, with colling, creamy dill ranch.
And now, as part of the impending back-to-school season, the chains are launching two additional new items: a new sourdough sandwich and a craveable breakfast item.
The Sourdough Star will be available only at Carl's Jr.'s. It will include a beef patty, charbroiled over an open flame, crispy bacon, classic sauce, caramelized onions, melted American Cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on toasted sourdough bread.
On the other hand, the French Toast Dips, currently available at Carl's Jr., will now make their debut at Hardee's as well. They consist of five golden brown sticks (or dips as they call them), sprinkled with powdered sugar, and are served with a side of syrup—a perfect item for an on-the-go breakfast.
Both items have made their debuts at the respective brands on August 4, and are priced at $4.99 and $2.99 respectively.
