4 New Menu Additions You'll Find at Burger King
There's a change afoot at Burger King. The Home of the Whopper is currently in the midst of an ambitious multi-year turnaround plan, one which has seen the chain beginning to rethink some key features of its business model, including advertising strategy, discount offers, late-night menus, and more.
Known as operation "reclaim the flame," the comeback plan is already showing results, with recently reported improvements in customer satisfaction levels.
Currently, the turnaround plan seems to be in its "flood the market with new products" phase, with Burger King releasing a new menu item or discount deal just about every other week. Here are some of the latest changes you'll now see on its menu.

New breakfast sandwiches
A spinoff of the Whopper Melt, the Cheesy Breakfast Melt line debuted a few days ago, offering cheese and toast lovers a breakfast alternative to the popular Croissan'wich. The egg and cheese sandwiches come with a choice of sausage, bacon, or black forest ham, and are selling for about $2.99.

Expanded 2 for $5 menu
If you're a fan of Burger King's Chicken Fries, this one's for you. Burger King just expanded its 2 for $5 Mix 'n Match sandwich deal by letting customers sub in a 9-piece order of Chicken Fries. The deal kicked off on Wednesday and will run for a limited time.
New chicken sandwich tests
The chain is currently testing out a new line of chicken sandwiches at select markets in New York and Virginia. The Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwiches are Burger King's latest take on the ever-popular item, with what looks to be a pretty standard chicken sandwich build but with the addition of an intriguing new "savory sauce." They come in classic, spicy, and bacon and Swiss cheese varieties, and may or may not be an eventual replacement for the Ch'King.
Free fries
Burger King is showering its rewards program members with free fries for the rest of the year, thanks to a Royal Perks exclusive. Members of the loyalty program can get a free serving of fries (any size) with any purchase once a week for the rest of the year. If free fries are your thing, don't sleep on this one—qualifying enrollment ends June 20.
