When you are royalty, you have staff to help with many of life's details. But when it comes to taking care of your healthy diet and fitness choices, that's on you. Middleton has clearly prioritized and maintained a consistent exercise routine, including during pregnancy (with prenatal yoga and walks, according to Marie Claire). Her appearance in every single fashionable outfit she wears is a true testament. But that's not all. This Duchess enjoys cooking dinner for her own family and manages her own workouts without the help of a trainer, according to Daily Mail. (Okay, we're impressed, too!)

She whips up a lot of her own home-cooked meals.
A sweet tidbit? Middleton enjoys cooking. Carolyn Robb, a British chef who worked at Kensington Palace for over 20 years, tells Racked, "Kate does quite a lot of the cooking … She comes from a normal background and a normal home where she's always cooked for herself. And what I've always heard is that William enjoys spending time with her family because they just eat together at the kitchen table like a normal family."
One of her favorite meals to prepare? Roast chicken. "In the evenings she indulges her hobby of cooking William's favorite supper, roast chicken," Katie Nicholl, Vanity Fair's royal correspondent writes, adding, "They are reported to own a sausage-maker, and she has started making homemade pots of fruit jam while her husband is at work."
