Rachel Lovitt is a holistic movement coach dedicated to helping individuals connect with their bodies and rediscover the joy of movement. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Willamette University, Rachel brings a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics and movement to her practice. She holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) and Certified Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Hapkido under the World Hapkido Federation. Rachel combines mindfulness techniques, mobility and strength training, and biomechanics instruction to create personalized, holistic movement plans for her clients. Through online courses, one-on-one coaching, and hybrid programs, she empowers people to take an active role in their health and wellness journeys.
