Kristina is the founder and head coach of Built & Balanced Fitness, where she empowers women to achieve sustainable and balanced lifestyles through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. She holds a master's degree in Exercise Physiology and has certifications from ACSM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, Girls Gone Strong (GGS), and Functional Nutritional & Metabolic Science (FNMS).
Her background includes hands-on experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehab, strength and conditioning for Division I sports at Kent State University, and leadership roles in social media and fitness ambassadorship. Kristina has worked extensively with women at all life stages, leveraging her deep understanding of metabolic health and exercise science to help clients reach optimal health for longevity.
