As the Chief Wellness Officer, Head of Studio Programming, and a certified ACE Personal Trainer at Pop Life at Pop Life, Joan brings her passion for movement and wellness to everything she does. With a deep belief that fitness is for everyone, she works hard to create a space that empowers people to achieve their dreams and goals. Everything fitness and wellness is her life. She is a firm believer that anyone can be their happiest, healthiest self and she has based her career around helping those who need the extra push to move forward.
Joan is an ACE-certified personal trainer and instructor who has dedicated her career to helping others find strength and confidence through fitness. From leading innovative bootcamp, kettlebell/HIIT and boxing classes to personal training, she has a knack for making fitness approachable, effective, and fun for everyone who walks through Pop Life's doors. She is also currently studying for her Health Coaching certification to broaden her knowledge in the health and wellness field.
Pop Life is evolving into more than a studio—it's a community. Joan keeps this in mind with her vision which blends personal training, group classes, and lifestyle-focused wellness to create an inclusive space where people of all fitness levels feel welcome. Whether it's organizing a Thanksgiving Bootcamp or working one-on-one with a client to achieve their goals, Joan is committed to making health and fitness accessible and impactful.
