Dylan Lauren is the founder and CEO of Dylan's Candy Bar. In 2017, Dylan celebrated the "Sweet 16" of Dylan's Candy Bar, and in 2018 she received the ISM Award, which pays tribute to an individual who has performed exceptional service for the sweets and snacks industries. She resides in New York City, with her husband Paul Arrouet, their twins, Kingsley Rainbow and Cooper Blue, and rescue dog, Jersey.
