Dr. Parikh has published articles on allergy, asthma, and immunodeficiency syndromes in the Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, as well as The Journal of Gastrointestinal Cancer, and is currently writing a chapter for an otorhinolaryngology textbook. Dr. Parikh has also presented oral and poster presentations at various national and international meetings such as the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, American Thoracic Society, Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies and World Association of Sarcoidosis and other Granulomatous diseases. She has an interest in treating immunodeficiency syndromes.
She is the Co-founder of the Parikh Institute of Research, where she is a principal investigator who conducts clinical trials for adult and pediatric patients who suffer from allergies, asthma or immunology problems. Currently, they are doing trials involving anti Il-5 receptor (Benralizumab) in Asthma, anti IL-13 (Lebrikizumab) in Adolescent Asthma, Omalizumab in Asthma and a COPD trial.
